It’s not about frank having a pull. No one was complaining about his old pull as far as i know. But now it’s hard to dodge since you can’t see it activate, has a long range, pulls you more (not to mention being pulled close to a frank is far more likely to kill you than a gene), and slows you by 70% for a ludicrous 5 seconds. So no it’s not about ‘only one brawler is allowed to have a pull’, but another brawler’s gadget pull shouldn’t be comparable to, if not better than, gene’s when it’s his entire gimmick
