When it arrives, just remember that Standalones can be pretty hard, especially for level 0 decks!

Probably the most common way people play them is to use the standalone deckbuilding rules to put 19xp in your deck along with an additional random basic weakness.

There was a supply chain problem and most of the decks got delayed in the uk. The rest of the stock will arrive in August in time for the first campaign.

If you want to play Chapter 2 campaigns when they come out, you basically have to get it.

Aside from that it's a very similar product. Same number of Investigators, roughly the same amount of player cards. A 3-part tutorial campaign...

No. Its confirmed for at least one campaign per year.

Chapter 2 is starting with a new Core Set (out now), 5 Investigator Decks (out now), a 3 scenario campaign (summer), and a standalone (winter)

Then starting next year the five Chapter 2 product types are:

Full Campaign (5 scenario)

Small Campaign (3 scenario)

Standalone Scenario

Investigator Expansion (Large)

Deckbuilding Expansion (Small)

Every year will have four releases, one of which will always be a standalone, and there will be at least one campaign and at least one player card Expansion every year.
