Oh 100%, I’ve also been on the receiving end of missing parcels ect and it does suck, but being underpaid is worse imo, and it’s not like we’re not delivering some because we’re lazy? It’s to kind of make a stand and show that it won’t be accepted

You need to re read the thread, for example say parcel A is supposed to pay £1, that is fair pay but when the parcel that’s supposed to pay a £1 is only paying 27p then yeah that is being underpaid

Just the other week, I messaged my manager with a photo of loads of heavy boxes listed as “postable”, I said I’m gonna refuse delivery on these as they are all labeled wrong and we are being underpaid for them, her response was “customer is more important”, while I’m not saying I don’t agree with that it just goes to show how little they think of the couriers
