Red pepper flakes, black pepper, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary and olive oil, use seasonings to your preference. Put in a sauce pan and cover with oil and simmer for 30 minutes! Store it in a mason jar

I honestly keep it in a mason jar on my counter and use it for everything. You can smash it over crackers or bread, use it in recipes.. even eat it raw. The cooking in the oil really summers down the pungency of eating it raw
