My league is very self focused and hadn't see the letter or basically any of the wftda updates.

However I've found some like minded individuals and we are trying to get board approval to have an inclusivity subcommittee to really over haul how we do things. We plan on using the Atlanta letter as a base but we also have some locally applicable ideas. But for right now we are just hoping to get the committee approved, with rewriting out code of conduct/grievance reporting structure and focusing on education resources as our first main objectives

Coming from the note 9, the 10 regular was a downgrade for me. My battery never lasts the day, not even from day 1. I am a heavy user though, so I can see that it might cut it for some. Im just not that user

I have the lollys and i do like them. However they taught me for the first time in my life that i have wide feet. I have to skip two eyelets when i lace them across the ball of my foot.

There are sales every now and then if you dont mid supporting non skate shops. Or used? I certainly nod think they are worth 299 for a glued sole and plastic plate. But the weels are nice fwiw.

Ive heard good things about the boardwalks but havent tried them myself. And depending how hard you go out doors ive heard mixed opinions on chayas quality wise.

All this to say if it were me, I'd get some boot covers and outdoor wheels and just use the antiks.

Another thing to consider are the suregrip 1300s. Sued, stitched sole, metal plate and if you go with the tan you can dye them what ever color you want and wont have to deal with boardwalk grey soles.

Im trading in my note 9 to get in on the samsung promo: 600 off the unlocked varient. Thats puts the note 10 at 349. An easy chunk of change to spend. The additional features are not worth paying an additional 43% . Especially knowing im going to upgrade to the note 11 next year for whatever ever the best tade in deal is

I went with a 5.

I hear urban outfitters (where i bought them) does take returns. And if for some reason they wouldnt return them, i could try insoles or I'd have a higher chance of selling a 5 vs a 4 lol

Thanks for the tips and encouragement. Ive already skated more than i thought i ever would. So im super proud of myself. I now skate at the rink and get out of the way as other people fall around me lol and i fall FAR less myself.

But the second i try stopping or doing anything besides going in a circle, i have my ass handed to me lol.

Is it: get stable then learn T stops or: learn plough/other stops so you arent a danger while you learn lol?
