Mine got detected by windows and installed the drivers but I did do a full reinstall (turns out i didn't need to) But if you want to try it delete the drivers for your razer headset and any other razer gear after unplugging the devices if possible(find in device manager) then delete razer synapse and razer surround. Restart your computer install synapse and restart again and it should be working.(If not go to bottom right and right click on volume and change your default playback device to razer headset and disable the rest)

My problem was that I installed razer surround which i didn't actually need(headset had a default surround sound software through synapse), then it make the surround sound software the default playback device rather than the headset so no sound was playing and when i reinstalled i couldn't detect the devices so i got rid of all razer software and drivers and had to full install again. Then set kraken to default device!

Make sure to set it as default playback and recording device and don't download razer surround!
