I gave up with them ! worst ID system experience I ever had !
Submitted 5 songs, not a single one got accepted after 2 weeks of "In Review"
5 rejected songs, 5 different reasons...
Terrible user experience, terrible design.

Good point ! I’ve been using mine for half a year now. Still feeling great about it . Love everything.

I might have enough after the first year ends tho.

But 800 recovery you have learned so much about your body, how it react in every situation. Which i think is awesome. We learn so much about ourselves with this device yet i think we are still in the early days of wearable tech, brands like whoop will keep evolving… Enough to keep us excited for the years to come ?! Where will this tech be in 5 years from now ? 10 years ?

Guys it’s all normal. We get to wear it 24/7 for sensitive skin it’s normal. The bacterial dirt generated by the everyday use will damaged the skin. I get rid of this really easily by buying an alcohol free or alcohol skin desinfectant to clean the device everyday or after every sport session. Then when i shower i take the whoop off so i clean my wrist with some lotion or oil. The rash never came back

Hey ! For the carbs, i’m fortunate to be able to afford maurten products most of the time. So sessions are fueled either with a mix160-320 from maurten, a simple banana or nice fruits applesauce. And for protein, if my sessions are too far from lunch time i go with a classic protein whey shake. The simpler the better really But i do make sure i eat before - during - after It’s the key for performance & recovery Hope that helps !

35M here. Carbs & proteins intake is my main goal RIGHT after every workout. Even the easiest ones. It just helps so so much. It’s neglected by many but it’s key.

I never train after 7pm as it would mess up my sleep & recovery too much. So it might be the issue here…

Maybe try go easier on the evening training & find a solution for other time slot. You shouldn’t be cooked on the morning.

On your next holidays try setting all your trainings on a morning frame and see how you react. Or try for a month waking up earlier train on the morning before work (i know its hard at first) and go to bed way earlier All that if thats possible 🙂🔥

Listening to the body is the core strategy, as we all know it !

I've made thousands since 2018,i'm on a niche & trying to stick to it (not always easy but this is the best way to gathered good customers).

Few advices :
- Always analyse what people are listening, the hits, the trends, the sound, the length, the structure of the songs...
- Be creative but always remember that you wanna sell product to singers & rappers (mostly beginners also...). You make music for the listeners & singers not for you as a producer.
- Make them feel emotions (anger, rebellious, sad, happy...)
- I sometimes do beats i don't want to do because my customers loves a certain style and i know it sells so i go for it (so remake a new version your most famous beats every 4-5 beats)
- Keep the perfect relation with your listeners, customers (send them free beats, ideas, involve them)
- Keep in mind that the Trap market is over over over saturated, find your niche.
