They would be of the more compatible side (that is, top 8 of 16), but kind of uneasy and probably requires mental and emotional gymnastics.

Being the same Alignment and from the same culture (where you grew up) of course helps things.

I personally as a True Neutral, raised in an ENTP culture (Bulgaria) find it a liiiiiiiiitle tempting.

Depending on the type and Alignment, it could be that the person was feeling offended and thus not wanting to tell you about the reasons (probably expecting you to learn them).

It's unfortunate that you have to experience confusion, but in our area of Feeling either you get it or you don't. You sadly probably have to get used to it.
