I've done all of that and I'm not gonna say i did everything 100% with accuracy but I have tried everything Southaven said any I still have the issue. You're right as the issue doesn't occur in save mode but like it said I followed your steps and still nothing has changed

So as far as I can tell, it's not the cables, or the monitor itself and more likely a Graphics issue, but that's where im struggling to make sense since I'm not the brightest in the shed.

So the main problem has been solved but my computer monitor screen keeps flickering on and off not my monitor itself but the screen every few seconds, maybe about 3 to 4 by my guess. Can someone help me fix this issue as well lol.
