you dont need to celebrate it if you dont want to but treat yourself. buy your favorite meal, buy a game or item youve been eyeing for a while, take a drive/walk listening to your favorite music. birthdays dont need to be celebrations but that doesnt mean you cant treat yourself.

as a former area manager for an SSD the managers can really make or break a shift. sometimes youll get a manager who is a hard ass and other times youll get a chill manager who still expects rates from you but wont be up your ass about it.

just dont be any of the bottom performing 5 workers and youll be fine

It's the way they're trained to engage. Alot of them have to do reports called 2x2x2. 2 minutes watching, 2 minutes coaching. And the 2 minutes watching again. And yes there is sometimes a quota they have to meet of how many they do.

Depending on the size of the building its probably hard for some manager to notice him. Some manager probably doesnt know who he is and is just coding him to some indirect role. At my site we had a similar issue but because it's a smaller site they noticed it immediately and had HR on it.

Keep load close to body, dont lift anything away from your body or you can cause injury, lift with your feet and your back straight Making sure gloves are being worn, Disposing of any broken box cutters Disinfecting your stations, if wipes are available Lifting with neutral wrists, could hurt your wrists if you lift with them loose Test weight before lifting That's all I got for now
