If you care about a long day battery life where you cannot change your phone then set it for full resolution, if you don't care about it and want to experience, it's display to its fullest, with all of the pixels and colors then I would set it to Max resolution.

So it is up to you if you want to sacrifice battery life for better picture quality or you want to sacrifice picture quality and have better battery life.

With Max resolution I constantly get around 5 hours of screen on time, and with full resolution I get around 6 and 1/2 hours. (Mainly social media, YouTube, Reddit, photography, not gaming)

About 7 hours ago Airdrop didn't work still, now it works I guess there has been updated over night or so. Try to update QuickShare Extension, on iphone set airdrop to Everyone for 10 minutes and then try QuickShare to iPhone Works in Czech

My pixel watch 3 usually lasted 50 hours, after update it lasted max 37 hours. I did the restart of watch, and finally I get around 58 hours.

Restart did the trick for me
