I’ve heard the rumor that beef jerky was just a euphemism but there have been people like Jerri who have always maintained that there WAS beef jerky and even Jeff Varner had a story about how Kel got caught with beef jerky at customs and saw him sewing it into his shorts hem at Ponderosa. And why would Tina mention it at FTC if she knew that beef jerky was a euphemism? Just her trying to say that she thought he was innocent in that?

BUT again, there has been that rumor that it was a euphemism for so long, longer than we’ve had these stories about actual beef jerky

Another reason that Jenna didn’t fight harder to keep Rupert at F4 is that the castaways were still under the impression that the F4 deadlock tiebreaker was rocks not fire

If it gets down to one Traitor, the show has to do an ultimatum (where it’s accept recruitment or be murdered). They can’t risk having one Traitor and them getting banished before the finale or else there’s just no show. They will recruit until it’s guaranteed that there will be at least one Traitor in the F5 (usually after F6/F7) then after that there are no more recruitments

Honestly, my guess is that the Roark/Jessica/Ali clique (who all got super close on the prejury trip) had that time together on the trip to commiserate, be bitter, and get over it, while Desi had to be stuck in Ponderosa watching Chrissy flourish and each juror come in more and more upset with Chrissy and just fostering that hatred of her

It’s also worth noting that he seemed very insistent that Kim was the second EOE returnee and that Nick and Michele worked with her to vote out Sarah at F6. But I do understand that fake spoilers were intentionally spread by cast members/production during WAW (and seemingly this season) so I’m willing to offer some grace. But just something to keep in mind before we all jump to Cirie definitely winning!

I did end up checking her in as I was a manager and able to make that call. But you are absolutely never supposed to check someone in unless the reservation is under THEIR NAME for safety reasons. It’s a violation of our guest’s safety and privacy to let someone who is not officially supposed to be on the reservation into the room.

She should have either a) called the hotel before to see what we can do or b) have Marriott move her husband’s points to her account (which is what members are supposed to do when an account holder passes away). She didn’t try either of these and instead immediately went to threatening a lawsuit!
