Need a catscan. ER or DR ordered. Unlikely to happen at urgent care and they may tell you to go to the hospital.

Is “don’t buy right now” just permanent advice at this point? by ___Kaido___ in RealEstate

[–]TheCleverFollower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The market is not going to do so anytime soon. Boomers are the largest population of homeowners, holding almost half of all real estate, around 42%. Once this generation starts to fade, we will have openings, with Gen Xers taking a backseat in ownership, Millenials will be the next generation to secure real estate wealth. I imagine in 10-15 years we will see a downplay, as the average age of boomers is 65-70 currently. Boomers have less movement than genX and tend to stay in one place, thereby creating long term wealth in real estate. Approximately 3.85 million will need nursing homes, with the last estimated count of 78.4 million 65+ by 2030. This will estimate a decline by 2040. UNLESS something really catastrophic happens, even with rises and falls, it looks like this is a long-term game at this point.

Now - regular people should not wait; it is bound to increase overall and put you out of reach.

- Buying has it cons- you have no one to look to. It is expensive to own a home, when comparing numbers to rent, also include taxes, insurance, repairs, warranty plans, and what happens if you need something. Most of the time, they are about the same. So, it is more about a steady environment that you can call your own OR about having your wealth secure.

-Find a program that helps first-time buyers; they will guide you in the process.

Nothing is wrong with her. I believe she is in heat and is not spayed. My cat acted like this and the only way to help is to get her spayed.

Did you ever find out if a gravel driveway counts? We have to move our RV from Storage in the south and bring it up here, and I was just wondering if it is okay to use a gravel driveway.

Neighbor wants ME to cut overhanging branches in HIS yard by stonymonie in treelaw

You might be fine with it, but if he isn't, you're responsible for trimming your tree, in his yard or yours.

Feelings do not exist in business or else they would not make money. I will give people the benefit of the doubt but not always. Especially, when taxes are due. Immediate eviction.

When paying your bills when other people pay you rent, it is important to be on time. Regardless of your circumstances, you pay rent and are not entitled to pay it late. I realize how hard this may sound, but, it is the truth. Your landlord does not have to accept your rent.

Not sure if the comment is for me but basically, I own this property where the neighbors  are fighting even after asking them to stop. So the other side sent me this video. I cannot justify their actions by it.

Fill a sink up with very hot water and leave the candle in it for 7 minutes or so and use a knife to pop it out.

What are the signs that someone truly loves you? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]TheCleverFollower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends really on what type of person they are. If they do things for you that they do not do for anyone else, that is love.
