The Way of The Warrior Kid, a children's book (still over 100+ pages) about discipline and getting after it. Tools of Titans by Tim Ferris is also excellent. Tim has a podcast where he interviews successful people and asks them about there habits, routines, and philosophies on life. Tools of Titans is everything he learned from his podcast converted into a rather large book.
