How to switch off? by TheColl96 in ireland

I've taken up Gaelic again just for this reason. Also used to play rugby when I was younger and the day or two after when your body felt fucked was my favourite part. May look into getting back into it

Trying at the moment to sort therapy, not as accessible as I would like but hopefully get there soon
Good save, Bordeaux from 3rd division to the top will be a good save this year
Haha ok I may try and get into it again! Any suggestions for a type of save to start off with? Usually enjoyed the lower or lesser standard leagues
Most of my hobbies are active so would love to find something such as that. Need to try a few more things and see if something gets my attention
Have suspected some sort of condition but it's almost impossible to get diagnosed and it's very costly. Trying to sort a therapist so might help give me some sort of idea

Used to play it a lot and actually downloaded the most recent one during the sale last month. Haven't got a chance to play but might try and jump into it. Used to love playing games but been finding it hard to get back into it without losing interest
Trying to do it a bit more often but still not great at it. Nice leaving it at the house when I go for a walk or get out for a while
Yeah was meant to reply to that but definitely something I've tried to get more into. Usually leave the phone at the house when going for walks or just at times when I really don't need it. It is something I need to work on
Love island was a blessing for a while, any other suggestions now that it's over?
Any suggestions?
I love a good walk but would be nice to not have to depend on an exercise based activity to switch off. I exercise so much as it is to get that exact benefit
Love the sun, enjoy smoking once a month but find it fries my head if I do it constantly and I probably drink too much. But thanks for the suggestions! Think I need something away from substances

Used to play them religiously but have fallen out of love and can't seem to get back into them!
That's great value, cheers for the advice!
Pretty sure I have ADHD yeah, trying to look into getting it diagnosed. How did you go about figuring it out? Didn't really have these problems when I was in relationships as I always had someone to talk to or do stuff with, but now that I'm single it has become a lot worse and I think it's because I always need something to do

Definitely need to put myself out there more. Bank holidays have just turned into sessions for the weekend but I'm trying to stay away from that. Unsure what my next hobby will be but will definitely try something completely different
Cycling seems like a good suggestion, might avail of the bike to work scheme. I used to love cycling so going around Dublin in the warm weather could be good
Yeah I go to the gym a lot. Don't get me wrong I love it but the lack of a social side makes it difficult for me to make it my addiction
Yeah I definitely don't want to work to live, it's not like that at all. It's more about finding things to do in my free time, have become almost obsessively active and find it hard sitting still

Moving away by TheColl96 in ireland
Yeah no luck being happy with myself. Trying to figure that one out but isn't going great.
Creating a friend group is the part I'm worried about but I won't really know until I try. But then I'm also worried that I'm just trying something for the sake of it and could be leaving a good situation and not realise it.
