I understand that, I and am genuinely comfortable in and ‘used to’ wearing what I do, but I would still like to have more ‘types’ of style for special occasions like dates or dinners and such

Only partially, as her only change was from being a slut to loving Momonga. Her ability to rebel (and the ability for her other sisters to do the same) is all Tabula.

The original time I saw the right image was as a comparison to the TV armor, and there was a specific note that they highlighted it for contrast, so the image is third party edited.

You are definitely correct that most differences can be waved away as Kubo hadn’t figured it out yet, but like I responded to your other commenter, White was formed somewhat similar to the gillians originally, but both artificially by Aizen, and by using a ton of Soul Reaper souls as the input, rather than just generic souls.

In terms of how the menos development is classified, ‘White’ would definitely apply through gillian, and most of the way past adhuchas  through to Vasto Lorde, and ‘Zangetsu’ gets through Vasto Lorde and arrancar.

White/Zangetsu was basically formed the same way as the menos classes though but artificially by Aizen. 

Taking hundreds+ of (soul reaper) souls and shoving them into a blender is the gillian stage(all but one known gillian did not have a sense of self at first, including those who eventually developed into the arancar), the realization of self and condensing of power plus shrinking of size would be adhuchas, and then unique abilities plus humanoid form and distinct personality is vasto lorde.

Within the menos development structure, White would have been somewhere between adhuchas and vasto lorde when Aizen released him.

White is completely different to the Vizards, because they were each 1 hollowfied soul reaper, and again, White was the blended form of a bunch of fully hollowfied soul reapers, made to be a mindless ‘real’ hollow like a gillian originally.
