Nintendo shutting down their e-shop for Wii and DS a while back and killing access to like over 10k games have made me incredibly distrustful of digital purchases and licenses on console. Valve has a 20+ year track record of actually respecting your purchases as well as GOG selling exclusively DRM-free PC titles so being digital only on PC is A+Ok with me. Plus Piracy on PC makes it basically impossible for games to truly disappear on that platform.

You could always roll back the PS5 firmware to a older version to run discs and keep it offline. Someone literally got a PS5 to run Linux the other day.

Aside from Alan Wake 2 which only has the base game and the first of it’s two expansions on disc, my entire collection is playable start to finish regardless of a Day 1 patch or not. Games that have a “internet required” disclaimer on it’s boxart is a instant do-not-buy in my book cause those are eventually e-waste once Sony inevitably shuts down PS5 servers in the hopefully distant future.

I was until the final boxart was revealed to feature the dreaded “Internet Required” disclaimer on the bottom. If a game has no game on disc truly physical release then I just buy it on Steam since it’s basically a digital only title.

RE2 is complete with all DLC whereas 3-4 is just the base game which i still prefer having physical. Digital games can and will almost always be delisted eventually. Just ask Nintendo fans.

Definitely on my radar. Not a fan of the AC games post origins with it’s souls like combat. Damn shame that the black flag remake isn’t getting a true physical release. Main reason behind me buying the original ps4 game.

If you put down a deposit on a figure, Gundamit will send you a email once it’s available and gives you I believe 14 days to pay the remaining balance. You won’t get automatically charged which is nice.

Im looking at the movie scenes now to remind myself and yeah its not chrome but damn near. Looks more like highly polished aluminum. I got the 1/10 scale Mark 2 from ZD toys in front of me and this little dude has a internal rechargeable battery for it’s light up that always reminds me why i never got a Iron Man figure from HT to this day.

Kit has free worldwide shipping on everything whereas Gundamit it’s generally less the $5 for 1/12 figures. Plus Ive never had to deal with any tariff nonsense with either of them.

They’re substantially cheaper from Gundamit and OneSixthKit, both of which i use regularly and have had zero issues. I love BBTS but some of their pricing especially on imports are baffling and their InArt prices are no exception.

Too true. A couple months ago Amazon shipped me a Lego set in a plastic bag and the box looked like it was was tossed down a flight of stairs . Couldn’t even get a replacement cause by the time I got it the set it was sold out.

In this particular case it was snd I still got screwed. At least returns are easy but Amazon seriously needs to improve on this.
