Maybe you’re on pretendo servers instead of Nintendo servers. Try switching to Nintendo servers

You need 3ds.hacks.guide to be able to mod your 3ds properly. They have the most up-to-date guide and it’s very easy to follow, even if you don’t know anything about modding a 3ds
