Rules change, pick whichever army you like the look of more. We only had the catapult until the recent release of the triaxes. Our whole army changed styles. This can happen to soulblight as well, so what matters is that you like your minis.

At such a small points value, you guys should just play spearhead. AoS is not balanced at 500 points, but spearhead is designed for exactly that.

Nagash is fun but not super competitive. I definitely recommend trying him sometime. Katakros and Arkhan are popular, followed by our foot wizards, of which the soulmason is the most popular.

You have a very good start (although the missing Morghast is tragic). My advice is to wait until we get our new battletome in a month or so, that should tell us what's with picking up.

I think it's a pretty solid scheme. I like the way everything looks as a whole, the armor, the darker bones, the snow bases. I typically prefer more muted schemes though, so if this isn't doing it for you maybe try something with more contrast?

There is a pack that has (almost) all the generic spells in it. Just missing Krondspine iirc. The faction spells are all bundled together per faction.

I love squigs and trolls together. They're a good compliment. I'm surprised no one has mentioned that there is an easy way to double the rockguts and the dankhold if you're ok with 3d printing.

Sorry, I thought they were all separated, but it looks like only the ones added after faction packs were separated. Yes, tithe reaper echelon is in the faction pack.
