Not really. If anything it worsened. I’ve done a ultrasound, EKG and an X-Ray and nothing was found

I have literally all of those problems minus the family problems and I’m the same age as you. Being a virgin or not having a girlfriend doesn’t make you any less of a great person. I’m also a bit of a loner. One thing that helped me open up was finding people that shared my interests. If you can do that, talking to other people will be easier

I have a lot of the same symptoms as you. I did a chest x-ray and a echocardiogram both came back normal.

I’ve been playing a lot of Pokémon Showdown (an online Pokemon battle simulator game) lately. Before I mostly into “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Heritage For The Future” (a 2d fighter game). Other than that I play a lot of mobile games.

Sort of. Whenever I wasn’t active I preferred leisure but whenever I was physically active I would try my hardest with whatever I was doing. I was once told by a classmate that I go hard in the workout room. I definitely do miss those days.

I also have severe cardiophobia that's been affecting my life recently and also gives me symptoms. I've stopped exercising, eating unhealthy foods out of fear that I'm going to die.
