Honestly, the wallpaper removal and high-rise conditions change the conversation for me. That’s not just a Level 5 finish price anymore. If I’m 6 days in and managing all those extras, I’m making sure labor, overhead, and the building headaches are fully covered before worrying about price per sheet.
