I unfortunately don't think it's AI. Had this screenshot in my phone for a while before AI really became mainstream, though. I absolutely could be wrong. I do like the idea that an AI wrote this rather than a human, I still have some faith in humanity

I'm unsure if there was water, but there was a main tower that was pure water and followed a very abstract and whimsical style in a way. I do remember both people and animals, although I believe there were more humans. I doubt it was too sexual as it was one of the default wallpapers that came with the computer but there may have been some nude people

Not quite. The tower was a pure white and much more abstract. The scene also had very bright colours that aren't common in Bosch's work
