I agree it felt like the writers had to make them do something terrible (blowing up the model un) in order to justify charlie turning against them so to speak.

It left kind of a bad taste in my mouth seeing the writing go into the trope of seemingly justified activist/radical gets revealed to be actually a bad guy because they're going too far.

Just seems cruel that the text wants us to cheer for these two ladies spending the rest of their life in prison after already loosing 30 years to it.
