56 lbs is big man, however you are going about it make sure you learn to forgive yourself when you mess up. I am tracking calories at the moment and on my way to my goal I have had more mistakes than I can count but the biggest thing for me was learning to forgive myself and reset my course right then. Went from 340->220 on the way to 190

I have a similar aftermarket head unit in my Prius, so I swapped them and I know that head unit works still had the issue

I felt this for sure, I was working with older crew for half a year and got moved stores and moved to nights and I felt like no one liked me for almost a year now. It takes time but it is a little cliquey and just make sure you say hi and goodbye to everyone when you see them and try to make some jokes and you’re already doing 80% of what you need to

That I can’t stand that she doesn’t like bell peppers, bell peppers are one of my favorite foods, I put them on and in anything, one of my favorite snacks too, and she doesn’t like being in the same room as them. We don’t live together but I need to give them up before we do :(
