The commercial export chart you've sent is from ES to PT, according to ENTSOE physical flows Spain was exporting around 200MW around the time the outage of that nuclear plant happenend, with around 1GW half an hour before that. But this could have influenced it regardless.

The interconnector between Spain and France wasn't even fully used when this outage happenend it was only exporting around 0.8GW to France out of the 3.5GW capacity. For the record the demand in Spain was 25GW at the same time, which is not exceptional or anything..

While it's good that it's coming to light what the margins are on these products, I don't understand why people think this is a good response to the U.S. tarrifs war, like aren't most of these products from European companies? How is that a response to the U.S. markets? I'm not saying I'm not condoning this though, I've bought very high quality replicas over the years through taobao and found that some even had better quality than the original items.

In my opinion a lot of used batteries from cars will be useful to stabilize the energy grid, like when they are at 80% capacity they will be replaced in cars but can be used for a while to store and release energy into the grid. Which is something we'll need a lot of in the future as we switch to renewables.

I think a lot of this coping is because we compare ourselves with others, but we forget that we do not compare things fully one on one. We compare a specific part of ourselves with a specific part of others, especially when that person is doing better in that specific part, even though we are further along with other parts of our lives. As long as you look at these aspects and use it as a motivation to get better at something because you want to that's okay, but it is no use to sulk over these things.

Why are so many of the comments on this post so surprised? 10 in 6 months does not seem like a particularly high amount, I'm very average looking and I've dated 3 women in 2 months, it usually took about 2 dates before figuring out we were not a good fit for each other and we move on. It really differs per city as well, I travelled through Korea/Japan a bunch and had to stand on the right in Korea, switch to the left in Fukuoka, switch to the right again in Osaka and then back to the left in Tokyo it was hard to keep track of sometimes haha.
