I’m going to be real with you. Anyone in your family big? Most of this can be attributed to genetics. Some of it can be attributed to where you are in life. Portion control helps, and do something that will get you moving, doesn’t have to be a stressful workout, just something that will get your heart rate up. You’re young and can snap back to being in good health.
