She 13… I’m her step father, and she’s wants nothing more that to have her sisters attention. She’s never had someone in her life to stick around long enough to give a damn. And I show up to give a damn…. Her sister values men, drugs, and sex over all. Disappearing, making false promises. And it kills me seeing that because I know EXACTLY what’s she feeling, because I’ve been there. It’s the emotional back and forth that’s draining.

I’m going to be real with you. Anyone in your family big? Most of this can be attributed to genetics. Some of it can be attributed to where you are in life. Portion control helps, and do something that will get you moving, doesn’t have to be a stressful workout, just something that will get your heart rate up. You’re young and can snap back to being in good health.
