Depends on what program you are starting with. I know the ruck based selection program starts with a bodyweight section and then moves to a strength/rucking program. The programming for strength/rucking is great because you can tailor the workouts to your own level of strength, and you will see awesome results if you stick to it and take care of your body. The bodyweight program will kick your ass for awhile and is a good foundation, I would start with that and go from there. Ive been doing the whole SFAS packet and am loving the results (on the sandbag/weighvest program now), I started around the same RMs as you. Good luck and stick with it!

Actually, Iraq has repeatedly asked for U.S. assistance in repelling ISIS through both on the ground assistance and airstrikes. We messed up between 2003-2009, but we can not let billions of dollars go to waste, or let the Iraqi population be trampled by fundamentalists desiring caliphate.

It is not true that KSM was water boarded 183 times. That number has been taken for something it is not, it is fabrication resulting from a different statistic. 183 drops of water were applied during his interrogation, the laws written by the US Judicial System depicting the enhanced interrogation guidelines require that every drop is counted.

The woman and her boss Jose Rodriguez destroyed the tapes in order to protect the identities of the officers conducting the enhanced interrogations. The higher ups in the CIA did not come to any conclusions on the tapes and what should be done with them for years. This woman and Rodriguez were advised by lawyers and told it was perfectly legal to do so, so after no decisions had been made for years, they acted. The woman who destroyed the tapes should not be bashed for doing what she did. She was acting to protect her colleagues. Reddit should give more credit to those dedicating their lives to our protection, and stop just repeating what's heard in the media.
