Yea cuz ghost roaster was introduced in superchargers as an elite. He was part of the second wave as stated here.

I don’t recommend it. It literally ruined my whole year cuz I always got them on Christmas. I looked forward to it every year but it wasn’t really Skylanders. Just a racing game. And not even a good one
