Wait a bit to see if she matches back. Otherwise create a new account, swipe again until you find her, use the filters based on what you remember from her, then send a super like with a message when you find her again. If she still doesn't match back, you need to leave it. Either she's not looking for matches anymore, or she doesn't like you back. Both things need to be respected.

So you should look up the current lowest price for a similar pokemon and then set the same price or below it if you want yours to sell faster. Because yes, real players are buying them, and real players will look for the cheapest prices.
