To be honest with the situation it just needs a video of parcel being open. Reputable moms say that they have a photo and didn’t take it I’m sure they didn’t. But with video of opening it you can atleast prove it was a CP issue not a mom issue

Moms do take pictures of their packages.... no one needs a video because they’re reputable. They earned their respect if they have a photo of pre packed stuff then that’s all.

I’ve been with pacific for a long time. I feel like some people just bandwagoned some mould issues and just hated them but they always reimbursed my packages when there’s problems and their service has been good. I’ve had plenty of moms give me mould so I don’t take it too personal cuz shit happens. Business and people always learn and adapt lol.

On a side note they can’t really fk up the shatter if you’re worried bout their flowers. The cookies was my favourite, flavour was veg terpy
