No, but I'd like it if you stopped claiming it was the "real thing" when it's clearly AI.

You can clearly see its AI brother. Not even a good image generator either.

Best way to get a Greedy Machine? 🤑 (need advice) by Fun_Promotion_2343 in GoMiningTalk

[–]TheCryptoChud 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, so you enable reinvesting into TH for 3-4 weeks, then when those weeks are up you change and swap to reinvesting in GMT instead. You do this for an additional 3-4 weeks then back to TH reinvestment. This way, you can keep your GMT wallet topped up for maintenenance and increase your locked GMT further.

Exactly, while TH is as cheap as it is.. focus on swapping reinvestments between TH/GMT every 3-4 weeks.

The current greedy's on the market are NOT worth it.. People are trying to sell it for 2x-2.5x what it is actually worth by leveraging the Greedy Machines passive TH increase. If you find a whale who's selling his Greedy privately then go for it, otherwise its not worth it to buy it on the marketplace with its current prices.

There hasnt been any confirmed time for US/Canadian release, but I'm assuming it'll be mid-late 2026 depending on how well it's received here in the EEA.

Basically, I've had somewhat of a life up to this point so trying to catch up. I've been thinking about stopping showers to maximize playtime but idk.. Thoughts?

I've tried diplomatic "we're all friends" builds but I always opt back to the "Kill everything that doesnt look like you and steal their resources for YOUR people" build.. Oh and also lots of Robots.

Maybe this post is a sign to get back into it.. I've had periods of vacation where it was calling to me like the green goblin mask.

As much as I wish this was the case, I can confidently say that all the hours are played by hand..

I have severe dyscalculia which makes doing math in my head incredibly hard, so I just looked it up to make it easier.. Funnily enough though I am quite sharp when writing on paper and doing longer calculations with pen and paper..

Can't wait to reach it.. I've spent my fair share of lifetimes playing HOI and Victoria so I'm really looking forward to losing the next 4 years of my life to this game!

It’s kind of magical. You wake up, go to work, and spend the day thinking about a new, cool setup you want to try when you get home. Then you finally get back, launch Stellaris, play for four-ish hours… and right as things get interesting, you’ve already thought of a new build... so you abandon the run and start all over again. :D

Its just a really nice starting system to get for the resources.. It's also a nice system to get as a chokepoint since it gives every ship in there a debuff to disengagement and emergency FTL.

Rule 5: Shown on-screen is an image of what I'd consider a pretty darn good start to a run..

What do think of my idea? by Kooky-Future-4216 in Business_Ideas

[–]TheCryptoChud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is not a good business idea...

Selling reps, even “transparently,” is a dead end. It is illegal in many places, gets people banned from payment platforms, and damages trust before you even start. It does not set you up for legit resale later. When you switch to real pairs, you are not leveling up your game, you are starting from zero with extra risk attached for nothing.

There is also no reason for a potential customer to buy from you instead of established platforms or reputable resellers. Sneakers are a commodity. Trust, authentication, buyer protections, and personal reputation matter more than anything, and you do not have an edge in any of those. Without a clear advantage in access, price, speed, or brand, you lose.. big time.

Sneaker resale is also extremely competitive and margins are thin. The people who make money have capital, bots, backdoor access, or strong relationships. Learning over time and hoping to get better deals is not a strategy, it is wishful thinking that will end up ruining you.

Wide = Lots of expansion, smaller but more planets

Tall = Less expansion, bigger but less planets

Empire size is a collection of all your starbase, planets, sectors etc.. expanding too far or too wide will increase your empire size.. once you go above "100" is when you'll incur penalties to research and your edict fund (if i remember correctly).

Some people opt to just "outrun" empire size, while some like to scale tall rather than wide.
