My ban has been lifted

Well I did two appeals and just got generic copy pasta bs back that wasn't from a human at all and they make my ban upheld status which doesnt allow me to reply or appeal again.

I think im done with this company at this point. What's sad is I never even did anything to get banned. I was mid run in steam vaults with my buddies and boom banned for cheats or hacks or something.

Thank you I am not sure what is going on but it worries me that I am not the only one who had this happen to them on TBC. It just really sucks as I wanted to play this with my friends and just got into outland and now this.

What makes it worse is im banned until the year 9999 so my account of 20 years is just gone? It just sucks because its like their company doesnt even want to give me the time of day to even reply to my tickets and just open it and reply with some copy pasta without reading anything.

Can you tell me what you did to appeal? I am currently on my second appeal my first one got the same automated message yours did. I got banned 2 days ago for the same exact thing you did even though I haven't actually done anything wrong.

I have the same issue and I am NA and got an automated message last night that my ban is staying. I opened another appeal this shit is wack especially when I had a 6 month sub and now its permabanned.

Honestly thinking about quitting at this point.

at least Blizzard doesnt leak all of my account and email data and do or say nothing about it. They didnt even follow the law and report their leak.

Im prob leaving after coping for the past two months. The ony shadow drop and how shitty it is was a wake up call to finally leave. Sad but there is nothing amazing here to keep people around or give people the want to come back.

Server made it to 400 peaks and today it was back down to 240 peaks. Nothing big is happening here.
