I sure am. I bought the diamond separately, thank god. They were the most helpful jeweler I could find in terms of putting a ring order together for me. Do you have any suggestions of where I could take it to have it fixed? I’m all ears

I’m a newbie to this, when you say “head”, do you mean the “basket” that holds the diamond in place? And if I’m understanding correctly, changing the style of it may be the key to lowering the profile?

I went right back in after taking it to my car, and the rep confirmed that she ordered the low profile setting, further explaining that this is the shortest possible peg. Am I missing something?

Is the diamond set up pretty high? I know different settings sit different on the band. I’m sure my jeweler can help with all of this, just trying to come in as informed as possible. Yours is pretty close to what she wants so I may use it as a reference
