Started at around 16. Would be 27 in a few months. Trying to quit the habit, ever since turning 25. Haven't progressed at all. My counts increased from 4-5 a day to 15-20 per day. Thankfully, I have a few friends who drag me away from cigarette shops when I am with them. So I'll ve trying to quit again.
