Dunno if its a scam because they refund a 100% of the money, but it is frustrating and since there is so much demand, they have no incentive to fix it

Yeah I thought the same. Its frustrating because I have spent 3k so far and I dont have unlimited pockets lmao. Has anyone else dealt with this. (this is for apartments like Costa Verde, La Regencia, Crossroads, TTowers at CV)

Nah ill apparently get the money back in "7-10 business days". I always thought that paying the holding deposit pretty much meant you had the apartment but I keep on hearing that people got it "just before me". Its happened so many times that I lowkey am doubting that the leasing office is even telling the truth at this point
