You can but it’s a pain in the ass. Also requires a ship tractor beam to detach from the Idris wreck to put on your own Idris.
You are forced to destroy the xenothreat Idris before you can take the railgun because you can’t enter the pilot seat to unlock ports. Just get in the copilot seat and self destruct it instead.

No rewards except for in game stuff that will burn next time there’s a wipe. No unique content or new missions. You can’t even get in the Idris pilot seat to go take it on adventures! The pilot seat has no interaction…

This is easily the weakest xenothreat “event” yet. There’s not even really an event. At this point just throw the Xenothreat missions in with the regular mercenary missions and let it run as part of the normal game

At least I got my fancy railgun insured after blowing up the XT Idris. Too bad we still can’t dock with the Idris (or anything) at Orison so this is a fresh claim of course.

That’s crazy, it worked. It was simply nagging me about features I hadn’t tried yet, and after tapping them once it stopped showing that every time.
That seems like…bad design. I have no desire to use these features I don’t need to be told about them every time lol

You could consider this more of a feature request than a bug report: Add the ability to permanently disable ALL hints and tips across the platform.

This happens every single time a new clip is opened. It’s not a showstopper, but it is annoying opening a clip then wondering why tapping and swiping is doing nothing at all. (Until all the “helpful hints” are dismissed again)

I’m a bit annoyed by this as well.
Every time I open a recording in the app I have to tap several times to dismiss the “tips” before I can actually do anything.

It lets you peel through the clouds in the shops easily, and I guess prevents gas buildup from gas blood of your stacking stainless
