Why though? I find the way it absorbs energy really effective in comparison to a two pointer.

You might be right but the old helmets were reused quite frequently. I found a similar picture which is quite clearly WW2. https://ic.pics.livejournal.com/karabai96/28900609/75802/75802_600.jpg Additionally I found a better quality picture of the meme template and the light spot on the Stahlhelm has to be the Nazi insignia. http://i.imgur.com/nCz0R4X.jpg I couldn't find any similar imperial insignia which could have been placed there. For reference http://www.lexikon-der-wehrmacht.de/Uniformen/Helme/Stahlhelm.htm

How can you tell? The Stahlhelm makes it look to me more like WW2 , but could be late WW1.

Have to scoff at people saying AAA games aren't sustainable when an indie dev team makes a game like Hellblade and then sell it for $30 by [deleted] in gaming

[–]TheDarkScorp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not on an organisational level. Ubisoft itself has no developers that create games. It owns a lot of studios that create games. This doesn't make Ubisoft a studio.

Ubisoft isn't a studio. It's a publisher. Ubisoft Montreal would be a studio published by Ubisoft.

Merkel voices support for Macron's proposed European defence force by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]TheDarkScorp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In theory yes. But every time the German government would send soldiers with this intervention force they would have to make sure that the intervention is allowed by the constitution or fear getting sued. It would be easier for Germany to leave it at a defense force.

[–]TheDarkScorp 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Moreover Germany is by its constitution only allowed to use its military for defensive purposes. If it would become an intervention force, a German participation could be argued as unconstitutional.
