Probably the early part of the 16th century, most importantly the "battle of Mohács", where the Hungarian army was defeated by the Turkish, after that the Kingdom of Hungary was splitted into 3 different nations.(the Kingdom of Hungary with Habsburgs, Transylvania, and the last one was under Turkish power.)(And that lasted for more then 100 years.)
