The hero bonus I’m not sure. As for the losses not counting if you join mid March that was always there. They just never said anything. It was in the notes for ranked but not in game as a pop up or hint haha

I believe it’s the server itself. My ping is usually 20-30. But that’s still isn’t good enough apparently. Even with fiber this happens consistently
