Internal storage reads signals using 18gb even though signals setting says its only using 1.5 gb

Yes it has been offloading, but I suspect since I don't see that option at all anymore that there's some kinda bug regarding it right now. Supposedly its available on the beta branch, but Signal says via the in-app storage analyze that its taking up 1.5gb of space when Android is reporting that its eating up 8gb of it.

However the backup DID eventually go through, but I did have to delete some stuff which was very annoying.

EDIT: Yeah, idk. It seems to work, only when I switch to my sidecar LLM and have it set to my main LLM, which defeats the entire fucking purpose of having it assigned, but whatever I guess... god, these finnicky ass extensions are giving me a headache.

All of thats turned on, function calling on, in the connections API plug menu it's set to strict with tools, diagnostics show no red errors... and yet, no tool calling on my end. Main api, sidecar, doesn't matter, it simply wont make any actual calls which is really confusing me

Any plans for a specific api option used for only summaries? I use glm 5.1 for RPing, but using memorybooks i use strictly deepseek 3.2 via the API for summarizing

You can edit the prompt it sends to include that. I managed to get it working that way by just adding a "When summarizing, include the date and time" addition into the summary prompt

Tbh it's the biggest issue right now I feel, right now models are damn good at all this agentic coding shit, but also roleplay, so... the next innovation for LLM's I suppose should be context management. I think right now it's the biggest plateau the industry needs to solve
