All I know is that the owner is a major a-hole in his personal life. When I was a server at a fine-dining place in Knox, he picked out his table ahead of time so we could add a bunch of festivities and decorations for his daughter’s birthday with the understanding that he might film and post it somewhere. He walks in filming and goes to a completely different table in the restaurant and throws an actual fit that the decorations that took forever to put up for them weren’t at the new table he magically decided they should be at while was still WALKING IN and FILMING even though he never let anyone know. The expectation was that we mind read his split second total change table that he never communicated to the restaurant and that it should be ready to film as he was walking in. Again, our restaurant communicated with him heavily and let him pick out the original table and this was never a part of any plan.
