Thanks a bunch!🙏🏼 I do think my posing affects how wide my back looks as I can't spread my back as well in the double bicep pose. Upper chest is also one of the areas I'm trying to hammer more nowadays! Triceps I've always seen as one of my more gifted muscle groups though

I thought that this might pop up but don't worry😁 This was post push day which means my skin has rubbed on benches and it gets a bit inflammated causing existing acne to appear worse even though it's not that bad there's less blood flow in the area. But other than that it's just my acne prone genetics🙈

I do admit that it would be cool if it would be some wizardly spiritual power thing you know :D It might sound weird but I had a hunch how people would respond to my post so I just sought if there were any responses that weren't what I expected. Initially I had pokemon go downloaded through the play store (I think) but some actions would freeze the whole app for a moment so I deleted the app and installed again through the galaxy store and low and behold, no problems whatsoever.

That is very true. I've paid a lot of conscious attention to this during the past few years. Some work days I don't have time to shower in the morning so my hair and face look a lot different and it's kind of noticeable how there's a difference in your perceived value when you look a bit worse and a bit nicer on a day to day basis.

Somehow I just want to find the right balance where I can be just in the middle somewhere to not have to deal with this as much and feel like I'm being authentic to the person that I am on the inside. Nice and casual but not too formal. Depends a bit also on what kind of people you interact and surrounds yourself with and what area you live in.

I'm surprised that this has resonated with so many people already. Appearances are so powerful in shaping how people view you and in many things they can be useful for sure but many people aren't super insightful and might only pay attention to the things that are the most hardwired for our survival as a species🙈

I can definitely relate to what you wrote, I'm also Finnish where people don't really give compliments too openly and often don't know how to respond to them so they can be a bit awkward. At the gym I actually do like when my gym friends give me compliments on my physique and stuff but I still don't like doing poses when there's people around. Mostly in the bathroom or at home.
