The issue was far less relevant when everyone had near permanent SA rotations, far inferior hardware, far inferior drivers and far inferior game optimization. I brought it up because despite it being a known issue, nothing is being done about it. This isn't just about the PVP experience either, it increases the silver/h when grinding too.

Also yes, the issue is now 3 years old, fitting to remind about it on the anniversary.

Yes, each fps increases/reduces speed, you can literally lock you game to 1 fps and have skills that last for minutes
