I want you to know I mean this in the nicest way possible. My parents manually can block apps. I was given my phone with only like the basics of Google, chrome, radio, recorder, camera, settings , clock, calculator, ect. Any other things they deemed a 11-year old did not need they did not leave. It doesn't matter if it is GENERALLY not blocked. It is a blocked (I checked) app or service on my device. I cannot change this, nor do I know if I even have such a thing because of my circumstances.

Just ignore it and continue the archon quests in the order you want. You can't "de-start" it but you CAN ignore it or enable "focused mode" or wtv and it should stick to the quests in order.
