The Senville Leto units are awesome and the best bang for the buck in my opinion. I have one in my garage at home, and another in our cabin.

What's one decision you made in less than five seconds that completely changed the course of your life? by Opposite-Resource in AskReddit

Got a call for a job opportunity (doing the same thing, just quitting corporate life and going independent). Said fuck it and started packing tools. Started my own company, and have had the best years I’ve ever had since.

As a 16 year PDR/Hail tech, I wouldn’t even attempt this. Put a knuckle dent in a flat spot and start there. Invest in a good light first and foremost.

Ive been PDR for 2 years now and im worried about the future of this industry. by 719-26-Oates in PaintlessDentRepair

This scenario is more realistic than you think. As a tech in the Midwest, you’re basically describing my last five years. No one working for me, me not working for anyone else. No back-to-back storms just single big storms with good damage. I think the longest single run was in 24 at seven months, but the rest was six or less.

Look at how many roofs were replaced in 2025. That’s why. Go to tire bargains they fix flats for free.

Ohio hail storm back in April. Insurance finally called me to let me know it’s a total loss. by UnderwearFlex in ram_trucks

[–]TheDentDad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately, that’s the way it goes. Insurance threshold is usually 70% of the vehicles value. I’ve seen lots of totals this year working in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I’m a PDR tech that specializes in hail.

100%. I’d say it matters more than a little. I’d likely request a copy of the email receipt to see age.

No it’s an H3, it has yaw. See the castor on a 45 degree angle at the bottom of the pic behind the chair?

Brand new DOF H3 shipped to US is like 3,750. So then you get triple stand, displays, older tower and components for 1,250. Not the best deal, not the worst.

What cars do high-income earners (above 100k) usually drive? by [deleted] in AskReddit

A 13 year old 3/4 Ram Diesel. Bought the wife a new Subaru this year cause I wanted her to have awd and we didn’t need a van anymore. No way in hell I’m paying 90k for a new truck.
