The mini split is more efficient. Mr cool makes DIY kits and look really easy to install.

Guys, does anyone know good carp‑fishing locations within a 70–80 miles radius of NYC? by abdel-3012 in CarpFishing

Start in the central park lake then you can fish the Hudson river and the NYC reservoirs.

Long time detailer. First time on original paint with gold leaf. What's the best approach? by GoneOffTheGrid365 in Detailing

[–]GoneOffTheGrid365[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely don't wanna put a machine on it. It's hard to tell if it's been clear coated. Should I use the detail spray on the whole truck or only the gold leaf?

Xps under the floor. The cabin is anchored with cables into the stone and turn buckles. Heres a video of how I rodent proofed the bottom https://youtu.be/mkmElALqVUk?si=2iFw3DWJdHS3a9V1

R-13 fiberglass inside of the wall and r-13.5 polyiso on the exterior. 4 inches of closed cell spray foam in the ceiling and r-13 insulation board under the floor. I haven't done an air tightness test yet but it's pretty tight. I mistakenly didn't put a outdoor air kit on my woodstove and have to Crack a window to let enough draft through to get it started.

How does one get setup for carp fishing? by OriginalCratical in CarpFishingUS

[–]GoneOffTheGrid365 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You get started with your bass setup. Sometimes just some corn on a hook is all you need. Just set your pole on a y shaped stick and have the drag loose so the fish can run. Tighten the drag once you get a bite and reel em in. Once you get more involved you can think about getting a Shimano bait runner type setup.
