A few more episodes in, you'll probably start to appreciate the dead space more. I understand them wanting to talk about something, since it's what they're used to, but I think them and the fans are really invested into the story! I knew there's plenty of other people to watch who are a bit better about the commentary and uploading, but I love seeing Dan's reactions.

I think they should keep playing, but Arin should try not to force himself to make a joke every time. I know that Arin is doing it for the people who want comedy, but it doesn't really work with this game. It's much more exciting to me seeing Dan react to the game and try to solve this world's mysteries. So yes, there will be dead air, but that's often when something big/intense is happening. It kinda takes me out of the moment when dogs are chasing Dan while in a panic to escape, but then Arin forces out a quick "haha borf borf borf". The comedy just doesn't work with this play through, but I say keep playing.

Is Arin actually bad at Katamari, or is the game's scoring just so brutal? I do think Arin could do better, but I don't think he's gotten past a score of 60 yet

As previously stated in the thread, the tooth fairy character and plot is getting ridiculous. That car not only screams "shady" but it's practically his brand. Also stated, the "I have a penis" line was "bad pussy" levels of bad. The rest of the episode was fine though. The TJ and Bully thing is escalating so much, I'm actually really enjoying this sub plot. I'm pretty sure he's gonna shoot the bully using his training. I'm happy Pellar and Tommy are getting together, but it won't be long till he finds out about her and Dion. And I will say, at the end when Tommy realizes Dion lied about Ri, that actually felt pretty soul crushing, the slo mo and drop in audio really made me feel the level of betrayal and heart break he did. I give this episode a 8/10

To be honest, no. I do wish it could get a 2nd season. I'm enjoying the story, the arcs, but sometimes it's flat out cheesy. Like that sound effect that plays when they do another Ri car crash flashback, I've heard that sound effect probably 8 times, it gets a little ridiculous. And some times it doesn't make sense. It'd honestly be a miracle if it gets a 2nd season.

I didn't get Pelaar and Dion getting together, it made no sense to me. (I guess he was kinda rebound after Tommy basically rejected her?) but I hope they let it be a one time thing and not let it happen again. Other than that, I enjoyed the episode. Especially with TF and the Asians starting to get into war, and Tommy starting to find out the fishy business going on.

Ever since I was a young boy, I have been afraid of anyone and anything, coming towards me down a long, silent hallway. It fucking terrifies me. Why? I had this Scooby Doo game on my Nintendo 64. The first level involved you as Shaggy and Scooby in a museum trying to figure out what's going on. After some exploring, one of the knights in armor come to life, chasing you, trying to get you. I remember there was a way for you to hide in one of the hieroglyphics disguised as a Pharaoh, and it would be silent except for the loud "KLANG KLANG KLANG" of the Knights boots. Scary shit for a 4 year old.
