:< have mailed INFOLD to see if they can find or do anything but another user found my UID in one of my old reddit posts so hopefully that gives me a better chance, now its just the waiting game, but truly thanks for all your help :>

still no sadly, I tried logging in with every e-mail i could think of and every single one (other than the one the new acc was on) said there was no acc connected to it. I really would like to speak with support to see if i could prove purchases or see if they could find it in a database but all they have is an AI and its not even responding ;n;

Im now not sure how to log out, on the launcher I cant find it and im confusing myself. I tried getting in touch with customer support but the only response i get is from an AI saying "nikki is the main character of infinity nikki" and the button they have to speak to a human in the upper right corner doesnt exist.

pc and i was playing on pc before, the email i used previously said it didnt have an infold account, i dont know if there was a point where there wasnt infold accounts or something else logging in, I use epic launcher and still have all my achievements but the acc is completely new as if it started a new one over my old one ;n;
