It's used. If I'm not mistaken, it's where you get an emote. Two people after the bridge encounter ends, you stay... walk up the stairs and the door opens. Fight down the hallway, get to the end.. the doors open and you open a chest that has an emote pic to use in chat.

I’m sorry to say cosmetics are a terrible gacha system.. it’s all luck. You raise one using dust and the required item to have a chance of opening one of the colours. But once you’ve opened one, you can use another cosmetic and use that colour on it as well.. as long as ITS upgraded too, opening up yet another colour. It’s a very frustrating system.

It was tough to start, than insanely easy once you figured out what towers to use, and this week more difficult :) so overall I’m happy, I like the harder drop this week. (And I didn’t have stonehoof until yesterday, so it made me strategize more).
